A Legacy of Wonder

In the 1800’s, this site was the home of The Robinson Crusoe House—a famed seaside resort where Bostonians could experience a magical world. One where every need was taken care of, and you were surrounded by a white-sand beach that stretched on for miles. Today, we want to bring that magic back to Revere Beach—but with a 21st Century twist.

VIEWS ON DESIGN

The Robinson was built to take full advantage of the stunning views from our site. The entire building has been carefully designed to provide the unbelievable amenity spaces with even-more-unbelievable views. From the elevated pool deck to the cardio gym and luxury penthouse apartments, almost every space looks east over the Atlantic Ocean.

“This is a modern interpretation of oceanfront Revere; proud to be where it is and what it is. With contemporary floor-to-ceiling glass, the apartments literally feel like they’re on the beach. The amenity space, with a European density to it, was carefully crafted so that each space has its own ocean view. This all leads up to the communal roof deck, which reveals a panoramic seascape from Boston to Swampscott.”

“We were inspired by summer days at the beach, and all that they evoke. The sun, the wind, the salt, and cool waves. We wanted to capture that feeling and bring it inside. The space becomes an extension of the beach; filled with textures, soft tones, and weathered materials.”

“It’s all about the view; that feeling you get when you walk on the beach and get lost in the horizon. The courtyard highlights that feeling by terracing the space to take advantage of expansive vistas. The plantings add texture and color; trees provide shade, and an open lawn gives the residents flexibility for outdoor activities. We wanted to create the feeling that the water is always right there with you."

“We knew this building would be different. Something completely unmatched in the Boston area, located on a historic beach with a rich and layered legacy. Knowing that, we wanted to build a brand that captures some of what makes Revere Beach so special—and tap into the modern nostalgia that runs along these shores.”
